Dr. Amy Kelchner, ND
Intuitive Healer, Guide, and Physician
With decades of experience in naturopathic medicine, bodywork, counseling, and shamanic healing, I have dedicated my life to helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom and heal on the deepest levels. My work has evolved over the years, integrating a range of healing modalities to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Each person’s healing journey is unique, and I am honored to guide individuals in uncovering the roots of imbalance and reclaiming their personal power.
Healing isn’t just about relieving symptoms—it’s about understanding the messages hidden in our pain and transforming suffering into strength. My approach weaves together Internal Family Systems counseling, shamanic healing, craniosacral therapy, and naturopathic medicine to create an integrative, deeply personalized experience. I am especially drawn to working with healers, creatives, and highly sensitive individuals—those who seek clarity, balance, and a greater connection to their true selves.
Throughout my journey, I have been blessed with incredible teachers—mentors, colleagues, and the many clients who have shared their healing paths with me. My studies in shamanic healing, soul work, naturopathic medicine, and craniosacral therapy have shaped my practice, but my greatest teachers continue to be the wisdom of spirit and the natural world. Healing is a lifelong process of learning, growing, and deepening our relationship with ourselves and the universe around us.
I live by the Tualatin River, where I find grounding in my daily walks among the cedar trees. My spouse and I share a life of curiosity and connection with our two amazing children, embracing both the sacred and the playful—whether it’s growing food, singing to the moon, or playing games together. Through my work, I am honored to hold space for others as they rediscover their own inner light and step into their most vibrant, authentic selves.
