Lotus Teegarden, LCSW, CADCIII
Lotus (they/she) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor III (CADCIII) with a deep commitment to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing.
With extensive experience supporting individuals and communities impacted by complex trauma, substance use, oppression, and relational challenges, Lotus brings a trauma-informed, social justice-oriented lens to their work.
They specialize in serving LGBTQIA+ populations and those navigating chaotic substance use, integrating harm reduction strategies that honor each person’s unique path.
Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and mindfulness, Lotus blends radical genuineness, humor, and warmth into a collaborative, client-centered approach.
They are passionate about helping clients explore identity, relationships, and personal empowerment, and offer Ketamine-assisted therapy—as well as preparation and integration for psychedelic experiences—with great care and clinical discernment.
At the heart of Lotus’s work is a belief in your right to live fully, authentically, and without shame.
