Dream what’s possible with Ketamine Assisted Therapy

Imagine stepping out of the story you feel stuck in and dreaming something better for your life. Ketamine is a powerful catalyst, activating your inner healer and guiding you on a transformative journey toward lasting change.

Ketamine works by enhancing neuroplasticity and reducing brain inflammation. At psychedelic doses, it quiets the brain’s “default mode network,” creating space for a fresh perspective on your life, struggles, and joys. While journeys can be uplifting and beautiful, they can also be challenging. Your inner healer brings forward what you need, at the right time.

A compassionate therapist will be with you throughout the process, offering full presence and support, holding space for your journey, and trusting your inner wisdom to guide the way. Together, we’ll help you reconnect with the joy within you.

How It Works: Your Healing Journey

Here’s an outline of what to expect:

  1. Intake Sessions: We begin with two 30-minute intake sessions—one for medical and one for psychological screening—to ensure ketamine is the best fit for your needs. During these sessions, we’ll create a tailored treatment plan.

  2. Preparatory Therapy Session: You’ll meet with your therapist for a 1-hour non-ketamine session to discuss your inner landscape, set intentions, and prepare for your journey.

  3. Ketamine Journeys & Integration: Each ketamine journey includes a 3-hour session, providing ample time to ease in and out of the medicine space. A 1-hour integration session follows within a few days to help you process insights and solidify growth.

  4. Follow-Up Integration: After completing your series of sessions, a follow-up integration session will focus on next steps, ongoing therapy, and additional support as needed.

Typically, treatment plans involve 2 to 6 ketamine journeys in close succession, with an optional booster journey after 6–12 weeks. Once your initial series is complete, you may be eligible to join a group ketamine experience.
